Payoa Global ("Payoa", "we") respects your privacy. When you contact us, book a call or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, work email address, organisation and anything you tell us about your payroll needs. We use this information to respond to you, to provide our services and, where you have opted in, to send you our newsletter.
We process this information under legitimate interest for business to business communication, or under consent where you have subscribed to marketing. We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers who run our website, scheduling and email tools, under data processing agreements.
Client payroll data is processed under a separate data processing agreement that forms part of every client contract, with UK GDPR controls documented and audited.
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to hello@getpayoa.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookie policy
This website currently sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Embedded services, such as our scheduling tool, may set functional cookies needed for the booking calendar to work. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first through a cookie banner.
